  The dentist here is very nice (Dr. Andrew), as is hygienist Leeann , but their office staff and billing department is a MESS! I have been dealing with them for months over their inability to correctly bill insurance for covered services like x-rays and fluoride. Every time I call they are "getting a new office manager" and I'm told "we will look into that" and NOTHING is done until I get another bill and start the process over again. My relationship with this office ended today when I received a letter threatening collections and 18% interest on a small balance about which I was supposed to have received a call when they got "the new office manager". I am done! Dentists are a dime a dozen, especially in Erie! Until Dr. Andrew hires a staff that knows what they are doing and how to properly bill insurance (then accept responsibility for when they make a mistake instead of telling the patient "It's your insurance- you deal with them") it is not worth my time and stress to keep dealing with them. If you don't mind overpaying, being double billed, and generally blown off when you call about an issue then you're probably fine here. Otherwise avoid!

  Everyone is always friendly and accomidating at this office. I don't have that deep sense of extistential dread going to the dentist here. They're knowledgeable and helpful without overbearing. Thanks y'all!

  This place is terrible. Don't go there if you don't want to spend half your day waiting. It took 2 hours for my 6 year old daughter to get a simple filling. They have no sense of urgency and seem to think that everyone can just take half a day off to take their child to the dentist. One problem is that the dentist tries to socialize with the patients far too much rather than doing his job.
