  For years I switched insurance agents almost annually - I felt like merely a number and that the companies kept steadily raising their rates without a cause. Then a friend recommended Ivan and I gained trust in insurance agents again. I've got nothing but good things to say. I first started with Ivan because I'm pretty frugal and he found me great rates on a standard homeowner policy. Over time, I've added multiple types of policies (homeowner, landlord, auto & umbrella) and Ivan has been awesome about taking whatever [lengthy] required time to explain all the options and variables to me in these complex & brand-new-to-me policies. Further, he's gone the extra mile and continued to shop companies for me to make sure I was getting the best rates, even switching providers when necessary. Advantage has always been very responsive which is critical to me. Whenever I call or email, either Ivan or his assistant answers and helps right away or returns my contact later that day. Ironically I've never even met Ivan in person! There hasn't been a need - he's handled everything electronically - prompt, thorough & efficient. I've kept him as my agent in Boulder and now Denver with nothing skipping a beat. Give him a shot if you're looking for personalized service on cost-effective insurance.
